Ok, first of all, diarrhea goes right along with stress. Throwing up goes right along with pregnancy. So try not to fret over these two.
What you DO need to concentrate on is getting yourself some help and away from your abuser. This is no condition to raise a child in to begin with. You are gambling with your baby's life if you stay there with him. Also, go ahead and see a doctor if you are worried for the baby's health. You must ALWAYS have healthcare when you are expecting. I hope you can find the strength to find your escape out. For your sake and the baby's sake. There is always someone to help you, somehow. Good luck.

Make changes NOW. Don't sit around and wonder what to do- YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO. Leave him, go to a family members house if you can, if you can't then move out either by yourself or with a friend or look for an ad in the paper for a roomate needed post. You need to get away from him because he does not love or appreciate you- and you need to take care of the life growing inside of you and yourself. If this baby self aborts then you need to realize that it is not the right time in your life for you to be getting pregnant. You will be ok once you get away from the situation that is causing you all the stress. Good Luck and PLEASE take care of yourself FOR your baby.

Ditch the looser and lower your chances of miscarriage.
Also getting pregnant immediatly after a miscarriage can increase your chances of miscarriage as your uterus may not have healed.
However diarrhea isn't a sign of miscarriage.
Seriously GO TO AN ABUSED WOMAN SHELTER IF YOU HAVE TO BUT GET AWAY FROM THAT "MAN"!

it's all normal, but being under a lot of stress puts you at risk for a miscarriage again. get out of that relationship asap! either you care for the child alone, or you give it up for adoption. for your sake, and the baby's, get out of the abuse. it's a shame you're pregnant, but make the best of it. i'm sure you have friends and family who will help you.
