What is the next size up from a jr. 14/16? A womans 00 or 0? Or specific jr. sizes? And where do you shop for jr. sizes for a 12 yr old that is not super trendy and expensive like Abercrombie, but affordable yet fashionable? Thanks!

I don't think there are larger jr. sizes than that. You would go to misses then b/c those sizes in general are larger and also I think they start with even #'s 2-4-6 and jr. is odd 3-5-7 hope it helps

no. one up from a 14/16 is not a 0.
i am a size 5 and can also wear size 14/16 in kids sizes but they are usually a little short. i am 5 two. so that should be a starting point but not all jeans are the same size some things i can wear a 2 or 4 in (abercrombie and american eagle and hollister) their sizes are usually very weird and no two styles fit the same so i rarely buy them. good luck!
