NO. Most people in the world with AIDS are heterosexual. Only Americans think that it is a gay illness.

I don't know if it's an urban legend or not, but many people believe that AIDS originated because someone had sex with a monkey. Who knows? Gay people are not the cause of AIDS though. They are the VICTIMS of AIDS a lot of the time though, as are many straight people. Instead of blaming groups for AIDS, why don't we all concentrate on donating money to organizations that are looking for cures.

Um...gay people are not the cause of AIDS. If a gay man (with AIDS) has sex with another man, then yes, that man has the risk of also contracting AIDS. But if a STRAIGHT man who is HIV+ has sex with a straight woman, she has that same risk too.

No we are not.
Look up aids in relation to the discovery of the polio vaccine.
That is where aids began.
During the experimental phase for the polio vaccine they caused the contamination but did nothing about it.
This research happened to have been done in Africa.
Look it up. The info is there. The only blame belongs to irresponsible scientists. They turned this plague loose on the world because they didn't want to loose their research.

no, and no .
You can't get aids from a man if the man doesn't have aids. and you can get it from a woman if she has it, check into the medical books about aids and how to contract the disease. and you don't get aids you get the virus that causes aids.

Just use a condom, make sure you know your partner and be careful. I know it can be scary, but just because you have sex with a man, does NOT mean you will get AIDS. It is NOT a gay disease. Good luck, and I hope you find a good man and have a steady, loving relationship.

aids and homosexuality are NOT RELATED. not anymore than aids and you are anyway.
ur all humans, u can all get it, and it does not even have to be through sex; even oral sex (kissing), contaminated needles etc can sometimes be the source of the transmission.
anyway since there are millions of straight HIV positive people, straight sex is no safer than any other type.

No Lots of straight people also have aids. If you have multiple partners you must be very careful no matter if you are straight or gay.

No. AIDS was initially a disease of homosexual men because of a virus. But as you are aware, the disease spread into the heterosexual population through bi-sexual men, contaminated blood donations, and sharing drug needles. Anyone having unprotected sexual relations with an infected person can contract the AIDS virus. So, always use protection and if possible know the medical history of your partner. Herpes is also incurable and common with people who have AIDS.

aids originated in Africa.

it is a blood borne pathegin, not created from 2 men having sex.
it is transmitted by sex because friction causes bleeding on a very minute level, and once one of those cells enter into your blood stream, you are done! Man and woman can transmit it just as easily.

Now I advise you go to to google, and type in aids. too much information to post in here.
