Were they forced to wear certain clothes?
Were they put in places where they were separated from regular people?
Did they have to wear symbols/signs that show they are handicapped?

Those who were both physically and mentally handicapped were deemed "Lives unworthy of life" by the Nazi regime. During the first years of the Nazis rise to power these people were being treated as second class citizens. The T-14 experiments (before the gas chambers and extermination camps) were used to kill the members of the disabled community. They were some of the very first victims of the Holocaust.

I don't know but in my opinion "handicapped" is a term that is very outdated and offensive.

Actually I do know that physically disabled people were killed en masse during the Holocaust, like anyone else who was considered worthless, so I don't think any special clothes or symbols would be bothered with.

As far as I know none of those things were done to the disabled. They just slaughtered them.
