personally i dont think so you didnt deliberately get pnemonia and gun shots can be caused deliberately,because a person has the gun shot shouldnt automatically assure a person they will get pnemonia suicide is caused from a deliberate action

yes because it was a complication from the gunshot and the gunshot was the result to an attemp to kill themselves.
If another person was shot and died from pnemonia that resulted from the wound it would be considered homicide so yes it would be suicide.

If the pneumonia was a direct onset from the gunshot wound, then yes, it was suicide.

No, because they cannot control the contracting of the pneumonia. As long as they didn't refuse treatment (well actually even if they did) it would be natural causes;
