It certainly cannot hurt.
In the primaries, it's just Democrats, and a majority of Democrats like Bill Clinton. However, we acknowledge that Hillary Clinton is not her husband, so I believe that the effects will be minimal. Whether or not she wins the nomination will depend it on her actions, campaigning, and political views.
In the general election, most people have already decided on the political party they will vote for. For the most part, while the candidates are still up in the air, the Democrats will vote for the Democratic Party, the Republicans will vote for the Republican Party, those who are upset with their party have already decided to vote against it, and I think a lot of Independents have already decided on which party to vote for, with the backup option of voting for another party, if someone they don't like wins the nomination.
Of course, there are million exceptions.
So, if people don't like Bill Clinton, they probably don't like Hillary Clinton, which means they probably don't like the Democratic Party, which means they'll either vote Republican or third-party. All in all, former President Clinton does not make (too much) of an impact in this election.

Hopefully Hurt. At the risk of sounding negative, as most political bashing goes. I don't bash normally. Whoever gets elected President generally has little effect on what happens/changes in the whitehouse. But take it from a New Yorker, that has Hilary for a Senator right now. She is Worthless... Trust me when I say this, She won't be happy until every person in the United States is on either Welfare, or working for the government. This country cannot survive without businesses, and she has made a personal vandetta to destroy every small business in New York. I can't believe that so many people just go up to the polls and go eenie-meenie-minee-moo, and pull. If you don't believe me, research changes in New York in the past 4 years. Don't Vote for her because she's a female, she's hardly that. Any self respecting female would throw her husband to the curb for cheating....

First I expect they have had alot of sex over the past two decades, just not with each other. Billy is tied to several sexual assaults and rape allegations and HillDog supposedly was banging members of his cabinet. This doesn't mean they don't love each other. Their marriage is simply defined by their own standards and beyond the legal issues who really cares any way. As for the angry woman sex, I can tell you some of the hottest and most enjoyable sex I have had was with my wife or a past Girlfriends was when they were seriously pissed. Heh heh! I doubt Condi is sexually frustrated and Hillary doesn't really seem to be all pent up either.

A question first are you for Hillary or anti Hillary. no matter if your for or aginst her you how do you remember Hillary Clinton? What has made her famous? Is it when her husband cheeted on her or when she moved form arkansas to new york to be senator cause arkansas wouldn't vote her in? See my point ....Bill has hurt her chances but mostly she ruined them on her own. I am anit Hillary and if she won this country would be headed straight toward _______. I am a republican ((conservative))

I think Bill is going to do nothing. Hillary has somthing for her that no one else has, shes a woman wich can make some less educated voters vote for her just to get a woman in the white house. Bill clinton will hurt her chances with older voters who remember him, but younger voters who may not it will help. Its really a 50-50 split.

Bill Clinton gets $250,000 for each 30 mins. he speaks..He also plays the sax a phone horn well. His IQ is about 190. Bush's is about 90 at best. Would you pay $20,000 a plate to hear Bush talk?

It stands to reason that a man of Bill Clinton's sense of morality and sexual exploits with other women is a 20 ton anchor for Hillery to drag around in addition to her own heavy baggage.

She actually does not need any help hurting your chances. It seems most of the people who say would vote for her are women (makes you think it is just because she is a woman, which is not the right reason to elect a president).
