depends on who you want paying attention to you. if you act below your age then you will obviously attract younger kids that are in their natural state of behavior and if you act above your age you will tend to attract older people. acting below your age will cause other people both the same age and older to scorn you however. i would recommend it! but of course it all comes down to whether or not you care how you appear to other people. i will say that there are times for acting certain ways and if you insist on not acting your age maybe compromise with yourself and find those times like when you're just joking around with friends or family in the home or somewhere not public.

There is no rule in the world that says you have to act your age. If you are childish when you're an adult, it's just better to keep it under wraps when you want somebody to take you seriously; other than that, I try and act the fool as often as I can!

No, you don't have to conform to other peoples expectations. I've never acted my age, never will. If you act your adult age because it's expected, you might as well just give up. Be responsible for family, etc, but you can still laugh while you walk life's road

It depends. If you're young then Ya..act your age(not act like a baby) but if you're older.......acting your age maybe difficult if you FEEL alot younger*(would be funny to see a 50yr old trying to act 18) So ya, depends on your age* and what you are doing to be told "act your age"......GoodLucK*

Depends on the situation and how innocent your lie will be. If you try to get a guy who is 23 and you are 15 and you lie and say you are 20 then you make him a criminal.
So be careful.

Most of the time yes so you won't look stupid.
But if there is an event and you have to adjust to the audience or you have to play with kids then you have to be more funny than usual.
