its just the way it is babe. take some ibuprofen and get a hot water bottle and watch some tv, or curl up in your bed. all women go through it, i hate the pains too but you have to try and get on with it. sorry that youre getting pains tho, its horrible. i hope this helps and you feel better soon.xx

I really couldn't tell you, but I know it can be very uncomfortable. and sometimes it hurts so bad that you cant concentrate on work. the best thing i found out that helps the pain is Motrin and a heating pad, they also have patches for it to now. good luck.

Not everyone gets pain. The pain can be used by the uterus contracting to get rid of the lining (blood);

It's because during our menstrual cycle,we are shedding the lining of our uterus.I'm sorry you're in pain.Just take some tylenol and get a heating pad and stay in bed for a while.Soak in a hot bath later. I know how it is.

try using a warm cloth or a hot water bottle on your tummy to help and take paracetimol.

all women go through this, its part of the process to get rid of unwanted eggs that sperm didnt fertilise.

it's because your uterus actually contracts to expel the blood and tissue, like a week-long muscle ache
