On the board of the card is a FCC ID#. Go to

well, since you didn't stay whether you were looking to buy, or were trying to find out the info on the one in your puter, let me give you two answers.
for the one actually in your puter, Click on Start, go to My Computer and right click on THAT, then click on Properties, after Properties opens, go to the Hardware Tab and click on that, then, Click on Device Manager, when that opens, click on Display Adapters, and that will tell you the one in your puter.
If you're looking to buy, go to TigerDirect.com, or any other manufacturer, and check them out. If you're looking to buy and need it right NOW, go to your local store that sells computer parts and research there, as well.
