I am starting my own band and have the crew and members, but now what? Should I write my own music first, or get some off the internet? I have a keyboard player, lead and backup singers, a drumset player, and all of the crew. I am the manager and they put me in charge. Please help me with this!

Some bands write lyrics first and then music after. Some bands come up with music first and then write music. Other bands just jam and come up with something.
Many bands do all three of these thngs.
