you can mix sugar or salt with a little bit of olive oil. don't use salt if your lips are chapped or it will burn.

Try the Mary Kay Satin Lips set. The lip mask should be used about every other/couple days. Then the lip balm should always be used after the lip mask and then as needed. It's awesome and will take care of that dead skin in no time at all!

It's better to just keep your lips moisturized in the first place, but if you find you have a layer of dry and dead skin over your lips, you can use a product the Body Shop makes calld Lip Scuff. It does what it says.

olive oil on cotton, cotton on ur lips, let it stay for More than 10 minutes, steam would help too. then ur see the dry skins that needed to be piled r out n u can remove them by massaging Ur lips gently, vitamin E is also a good idea : u get the capsules n apply the oil that's in it to Ur lips then do as above.
good luck

First you go get a cheap toothbrush (soft bristles) from Wal-Mart or some place like that. Then you apply Blistex Gentle Sense chapstick. After that you rub the toothbrush on your lips. That shoud remove dead skin and leave your lips nice and soft.

The BEST stuff, I promise and swear on the lives of my parents, is Lip Scuff by The Body Shop. Plus all their products are NOT tested on animals, so you can feel good about using it.

Use a damp washcloth and brown sugar to remove dead, peeling skin on your lips. Just don't over-exfoliate!

I don't think you should. Your lip skin is very delicate. I actually have to use a lot of Vaseline or balms on mine even though they are very tiny. Are you trying to get rid of dead skin? My boyfriend has big lips and his peel a lot. Use a balm before you go to sleep. Good luck.

You can get rid of dry skin on your lips by putting vaseline on them and them rubbing it off in a circular motion with a washcloth. Then I usually put more vaseline or chapstick on :)
