I suggest going back to your roots and ponder what gave you passion before, whether it be romantic passion or some passion in life! In addition, in the creative arts world, if you think you could find passion there (photography, watercolor, sketching, music, dance etc), then JUST START DOING SOMETHING that does not cost must if anything at all....talk to a friend and borrow a digital camera for example and download to your computer and to putz around editing etc; or go tent camping at a state park and build a really nice fire.....STARTING IS USUALLY THE HARDEST PART and it really does not matter where or how you start - just start and let your it blossom from there!

This might sound funny but it worked for me. When asked by my marriage counselor what it is that I missed as far as passion in my marriage, I rambled off a list of things from not getting flowers anymore, morning kisses on the forehead, a hug as we passed in the hall and my counselor told me that what I'm missing may also be the cause for the lack of passion in my marriage. I laughed at first because I thought hey, I'm showing him passion or at least I try but she told me to do to him what I wanted to be done and I did. I would grab him and hug him just because, bring him breakfast in bed and before long, the kisses were back, the I love you's were back and all because of a little bit of reciprocity. Hope it works for you like it did for me. Our communication and passion is a whole lot better. Good Luck!

Do things you enjoy. Whatever makes you feel relaxed and at peace. For me it is photography, sewing, drawing, designing. If you don't know what you want in life, I suggest taking classes that you have always wanted to take. Just to see what interest you. Maybe salsa dancing is your thing? Are you talking about passion with love? You can go out and meet more people who enjoy the same interests as you and that is passionate enough.

Ask yourself: "What is my passion?" Think about the things you love to do and get out and get involved. It sounds like you have just grown stagnant for awhile. Do something to cheer someone else up and you;ll be surprised at how much joy you will feel. Start living again.

figure out what it is that makes you feel this way, try a well balanced diet and spend plenty of time pampering yourself, do something nice for someone in need. I work in a nursing home and see all the elderly sitting there, makes me so sad, so I'll start clowning around and just to see them smile gives me happiness, which makes me feel so good to see a smile or a laugh. and to know that I made their day ,but at the same time they have made mine also just from the smile or the giggles.

Passion. Try out a hobby perhaps, talk to friends , do something you really enjoy. Get out of the house, put your worry cards aside and keep pushing forward.
