if so....there are 3 ways.
1) dial 123 from your phone.
2) dial 805-MESSAGE(6377243) from any phone
or
3) call your cell phone and press * when you hear your greeting and then enter your password(from any phone)

Well, I'm with AT&T. What I usually do is call my cell, and let it go to voicemail, then press *, and enter my pass code, and I can check my voicemail. Doesn't know if it works like that with T Mobile though. Hopefully it will!!!

Usually you call yourself (the cell phone number) to get to your voicemail box. You should have a default access PIN to enter the box the first time, then change it when you get in. That default number should be with your phone instructions.

You should have your own voicemail number. Dial 611 to talk to T-Mobile customer support
