They should really address the problem of overpopulation, at least like China did....Did you see how scarce their resources are ? (e.g. Mumbay's, Calcutta's fresh water supllies)

Cultural conditioning. As a patriarchal culture, India continues to resist the concept of planned parenting. It is a great drain on the nation and will have to be confronted if India ever hopes to advance as a society.

because the women in india usually end up having children at about age 9. It's basically part of their culture. They're forced to marry very young and have kids. It's a huge problem.. but there's plenty of problems in this world already.

I think its because their husbands force them sex and force them to do everything else and they dont have birth control

many women in india are damn poor. they cant afford condoms.
