I use this free antispyware from AOL, powered by Karpersky of Russia, rated # 1 in the world for antivirus detection. You don´t have to belong to AOL, free to everyone. They will just ask you for your email address so they can send you your free key good for one year. You get updates every hour on the hour automatic.
Uses little or no resources.
