My daughter got a ticket for "aggravated" unlicensed operation because she had an unpaid fine. 2 days later she got pulled over again (i know, i know, what the heck was she doing driving?!). She goes to court (New York State) 2 days apart. Where can she get help? Will she lose her license?

Pay the fines and do the time. If the penalty is a suspended license, then you may want to hire an attorney to get it reinstated or be granted a hardship.

Is she a minor? If so,time for some tough love and take the keys away, she obviously isn't mature enough to be driving. If she isn't,she will just have to pony up to her responsibilities and take the consequences. You can't bail her out forever.
If she lost her license, would it really matter? She would probably just drive anyway.
I don't mean to sound cruel, but she obviously thinks that the laws don't apply to her.Let her deal with it herself, she caused the problem.
