This question has been grossly misunderstood! What i meant by "behind" was not really about the person behind a man's success, but about the underlying factors or characteristics behind his success !

For success there must be luck and hard work and maybe a great woman. For a great man there must also be a vision, intelligence/wisdom and perseverence.

Reason behind Any success in hard work...and to make a great man it depends upon how he was brought up...with the right attitude and principles!!
and obviously....there will be a woman!!
its rather easy to say women go behind success full men
