I agree that you should do your own homework, especially when a calculator is involved. But here is some help:

1. If a = –5 and b = 2, evaluate 3a – 4b.
3(-5) - 4(2) = ?

2. What is the problem?Only to round those numbers?

3. Look for a commonality between all those expressions.

4. 2w – 3x – 8w
(2w - 8w) - 3x = ?

5. What is the problem? Those look like the answers.

6. Can't help - I don't know what  means. Are you multiplying those two terms?
