i have a feeling of what it is, but what do you all think?

It depends on what you want to believe. It would be easy to build a case for it being a sexual reference - I mean, "beat the meat" and "sweet, milky seat"? If you want to go there. But then there's this quote on SOADfans: "Serj's eyes twinkle madly at the mention of this tune. 'I have a terrible sense of humor: it's more British than American. I like things that don't make sense and bizarre connections: putting two different things that don't have a previous relationship next to each other." So it could mean nothing specific - just a kind of kinky gibberish.

I really don't know. It was just made to be weird. I've heard it. But just a guess is, a banana creme pie served on a terracotta tile? That's what I always think of. It's kind of purposeless, though.
