Nobody knows, but you can sign up to be notified of new stock via

http://www.nimisis.com/notifications/wii_uk.php

It checks for new wii stock every 10 minutes and emails you when there are wii's for sale.

UK stocks should be Full & Available from end of January.
There is some stock arriving daily If you contact GAME Retail Outlet!
