my voicemail answers my calls before i have time to pick up my phone ( about 3 rings) i have a k800i on 02, can i change the settings, if so, on my phone or via voicemail

I have a Motorola V620 which does the same and doesnt (that i could find) have a setting to change it, so i turned it off, people have to ring back or i'll call them if they want. I still get told about Missed Calls.

you need to go to call settings in your menu if you want to change how voicemail answers. would suspect though that you actually have your ringtone set either too low or on increasing so you don't hear it at first!!!! check those settings before changing anything else.
