My diaphragm is stuck and I need some suggestions as to how to get it out....

have a warm bath and pull it out,it hasnt got far to go in

You should check with your doctor and have it removed.
The reason is that you had sex less than 24 hours ago. A displaced diaphragm must not work and leads to pregnancy. A secondary measure such as 'morning-after pills' may be required.
If not, if is safer to have it removed by a health professional to avoid any complications.
