Buy some CD-RW's, they can transfer the data and you can reuse them.

About removing the Junk files use SpeedUpMyPc3 .. you can download it from http://www.download.com ..

And about transfering your informations : if you have a burner in the pc, burn the data in a CD and copy them
Or use compact flash device to copy the data from the 1st PC and copy it to the 2nd PC
Or use this way...
Connect your computers through a lan cable..
Go to the Network Connections...
one click on the local area connection and choose from the left menu (change the settings of this connection)...
From (this computer use the following items) menu choose (internet protocol) and then Properties..
write your IP address ..
and make the default gateway is your computer IP, too
in the DNS server write the IP address of the computer you want to transfer with..
Do the same on the second PC...
right-click on the My Network Places and choose (search for computer on the network)
and write the name of the second PC
double-click on it..
choose (shared documents)..
drag the files you want to transfer and drop it on the shared documents folder...
go to shared folder on the second PC from (my documents) and you'll find it there

CCleaner will get rid of all your junk files for you:
http://www.ccleaner.com/
And you can use a flash memory stick (thumb drive) to transfer files (drag and drop) between computers. The fastest USB 2.0 flash drive available that I know of is the Patriot Xport:
