I have no idea what to wear to this! first of all its my first date with him second its like below 12 degrees and last its a double date p.s. im a teenageer

Hey! I come from a cold place (Northern Wisconsin) so I know what you mean.
Wear you're cutest jeans. You should know which ones.
It depends on if your date is outside (i doubt it) or if it's inside. If it's inside, wear a nice top. Something cute that shows your personality. Get your matching shoes and you're set!
Please don't over-do your make-up! Boys like it when a girl doesn't wear much.
It it's an outside date, then you should wear your jacket. And if you have any really fun gloves and hat and scarf it would add a good touch.

I would recommend wearing something feminine and fun but not too sexy. You don't want to give the wrong impression right off hand. You can be attractive without showing all of your goodies! You can always find a cute dress and a nice sweater to throw over your arms. How long are you gonna be outside? What are you planning to do on this date as well? You don't want to wear a dress to play putt putt. Due to the weather you might also want to think about some cute pants with a nice feminine sweater. Just be yourself, that's what drew him to you in the first place. Dress in what you are comfy in and splurge on a nice top or a pair of earrings to make you feel extra special. Pick your favorite color that makes your skin glow. Trust me, he will notice : ) Good luck!

Hi. Relax. It will be fine. First, where are you going? That's the key. Is it casual? More dressy? If it is really informal, wear cute pants and layers. If it is more dressy, wear a long skirt with sexy boots.
