I believe it is possible. Hence, my advice is tat you should be extremely careful should you choose to use it. And never ever exceed the loaded capacity, because it could be difficult for micturition. But don't take my word for it, ask a qualified heath profesisonal.

Yes it certainly can as during a play session that went wrong I made a homemade pump using a large glass vinegar bottle with a hole drilled through the bottom which a strong pipe and machine vacuum was attached, My girlfriend slid my small penis through the lid opening and overly excited with my size of my usually very small penis tried to get the tip of my penis to hit the bottom of the glass and just as I said it`s too painful she said the pump won`t turn off and after just 5 seconds my penis exploded in the jar, Leaving me with a 1 inch stump, I did cheat on her so I always do wonder if she did it on purpose

I think you are reading and watching the wrong books and movies. If you want to spend your money on a penis pump the go ahead. Give yourself some head. You will have enough control to stop pumping as the pain would be horrendous. I am sure you will stop even before you get that far, even it exploding penises were true.
