How well can you manipulate? How well can you befriend? How well can you calm someone who's angry or nervous? Can you leave good situations good? Can you make bad situations good or better than they began? How do you try to effect people around you, and do you succeed at what you try?
If the answer to these questions are positive then you have a high knowledge power; if negative than your knowledge power needs a little work.
