Just was wondering ..if it was related to my pregnancy..i woke up and was like gagging ..and coughed up mucus and almost threw up from it..just wondering if nebody experienced that..

I got a seasonal sold within the first few weeks of being pregnant and from there until about a month ago I would wake up hacking up a globe of mucus. It was gross as gross gets but I just dealt with it because there is not much they can give you in the first trimester for being sick.

You have a head cold or flu. You also have a post-nasal discharge- this is where the green mucus is leaking into your lungs. And then you're coughing it up. It will be viral in origin. It sounds like you have had a cough for a long time if you're now aching. You may also have a fever if you're aching. So the best you can do is feed the fever some broth or chicken sandwiches- whatever you feel you can eat. Drink plenty of water to dilute the mucus. Please get well soon.

Do you have a cough/cold*??
My first 3 months I gagged and almost threw up from the smell of coffee being made.

you might be having thicker mucus which can make you gag, pregnancy hormones do all sorts of fun stuff. Also, if you've recently quit smoking you'll cough up alot of mucus because your lungs are returning to normal function (I quit when I got pregnant and it made me sick for a few weeks while all that crap got cleared out of my lungs)

ya. I have so much nose mucus and sometimes it comes out my mouth....eww haha im 18 weeks...so congrats, it might continue....but with all this stuffed nose youd be surprised how well i can smell!!
