I need to learn how to focus my mind. When I start doing stuff(like playing videogames) my mind wanders to other things, can't concentrate one what I am currently doing. So is there any free ways to get mental focus?

The human mind is highly susceptible to suggestion; even your own suggestions. Say to yourself out loud or silently, "I will focus on this (task?) for at least (ten?) minutes." Repeat as needed. Give yourself rest breaks. If there are mental distraction, tell yourself you will deal with them later (and make a "to-do" list on paper if necessary). Many come home from a hard days work and hang their problems on a shrub before entering the house. They will still be waiting there next morning on the way to work. Good luck.

Maybe video games are not as interesting as they should be. Before my husband and I got married, his boss and friends took him out for a "bachelor party". After a few clubs, they discovered he was watching the hockey game instead of the girls.
My advice to you is to try to get enough sleep and to organize your life more so it is in balance. Get all your work done before the video games. Try reading a book for a change. You mind is probably far more creative than video games or stupid movies. Give yourself a chance to let your creativity find a proper place in your life.

If you feel that your focus is starting to wander, then close your eyes and think about what you are supposed to do. If that doesn't work then you probably aren't getting enough sleep.
