Something has probably scared her or she is just tired. Give her some time but be sure not to force her out because then she will become scared of you.

Just like we do, sometimes rabbits have bad days. She could just be in a bad mood, or maybe she ate something that didn't really agree with her. I'd keep a close eye on her and monitor her behavior for the next few days. I know you said she's eating and drinking normally, so that's good. You also should check to make sure she's pooping and peeing OK, and also look her over to make sure that she doesn't have any injuries.
Could be that something bothered her in the night and she's just afraid and feels threatened. Is there any way that you can bring her in the house and let her become a houserabbit? Rabbits make excellent housepets...I have two of 'em myself.
If your bunny is still acting lethargic even tomorrow, I'd say you should schedule an appointment with your bunny's vet. Sometimes, when a rabbit isn't acting normally, that's a sign of illness, and by then, it might be too late to treat. Good luck with your bunny--hope she's feeling better soon!

I hope you don't have tomatoe vinesand leaves in your garden. If so, they are toxic to bunniesand you should take her to the vet. Where do you live that you have a garden this time of year. It is freezing. Also, If it is cold where you live, bring Your Rabbit Inside Immediately! It is too cold for her to be outside! The only reason Some wild rabbits live through the winter is because they dig holes where it is warm. Bring Your PET Rabbit inside where she belongs at least during the winter and hot summer days. My rabbits are in all year. I let them run around during day and then take them in at night. It is really important to make sure they are inside when it is below 50 degrees F and over 80 degrees F. My rabbit Andy died two Summers ago from Heat Stroke! My neighbors rabbit Freezed to death in the winter! Do a good deed and take PET BUNNY inside! If her ears are hot, that means she has a fever. Take her to the vet ASAP! It is not much longer until the rabbit dies if you wait. Believe ME! Well, Good Luck!

Rabbits are by nature timid animals. Something could have frightened her just prior to your arrival. She could have heard something which freaked her out. A big bird could have flown overhead (he'd think it's a predator) and thus decide it's better to just stay indoors for the day.
Don't worry about it.

Have there been other rabbits visiting in the garden? Maybe your rabbit is going to be a mommy!

I would not be too worried about it. Maybe she just does not feel all that well. Give it a few days to see if she gets better. If she does not try buying her some medicine or taking her to the vet.
