Since PowerPoint is part of your schoolwork, ask your teacher to provide the software so you can do your work. It shouldn't be on you to purchase software you wouldn't normally use, unless this was stated somewhere.

There is a stand alone free application that plays power point presentations without installing powerpoint in your system. Download and use it. The link for it is provided below

Well... you could go out and buy it...
Maybe there's a demo of it somewhere.
Or you could try using the Openoffice Impress which does the same thing as power point. I'm just not sure if it'll look the same on powerpoint as it does on Impress.

You need Microsoft Office. They should ease you the software to install it. Just tell your teacher.

download openoffice @ openoffice.org.
You can open and create MS-office compatible documents

then you may need to purchase ms office cd or get it some where ..there isnt any other way to get them :D
