1. Practice makes perfect... or at least better than last time.
2. Learn to be comfortable with sex toys. Chances are good that your partner can satisfy herself just as you can satisfy yourself. So become a part of that.

You can't. Not to rain on your parade here you can definitely do things to make this easier for her but in the end if she is distracted, or not relaxed, she may not reach that wonderful Lil plateau. In some cases although the sex is pleasurable she may simply not be in the mood to "***". I think most importantly here is the fact that you should talk to her about it, she can easily tell you what she likes doesn't like or what she dreams about and desires. But understand it isn't like baking a cake....the ingredients can be perfect and the oven temperature right where you want it to be and it may not happen. satisfying a woman is extremely hard sometimes...its not an easy thing to come by for a woman ( no pun intended)...clitoral stimulation for a woman is almost always the answer...most women cant orgasm through vaginal intercourse unless they are on top and can control where youre hitting inside...personally, i need oral stimulation as well as a finger or two inside at the same time hitting the g-spot...this works wonders...another thing that helps is communication between you and your partner...ask HER what she likes and how she orgasms the best..if she's familiar with herself ( fulfilled her own needs herself) then she should be able to help you and guide you along..dont feel bad or like you dont know what youre doing, just go with it, learn and keep asking questions...thats the only real way to figure it out...hope Ive helped you out, try my suggestions, you just never know....have a good one...

That takes time,you need to be willing to ask her what pleases her and not offended if something really doesn't work for her. Mostly women need clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm, intercourse very rarely does it. Be patient ans ask!!! We generally can't do it in 5 minutes. Lots of erotic places on a woman's body, ask, but the clitoris is the place to achieve orgasm.
