Hate is a very destructive emotion and life is far too short to indulge in something so negative and destructive. Your ex-boyfriend is just that - ex. Get on with your own life, leave them be. I don't hate anyone as I believe to hate is to have the potential to kill.
However I do dislike my ex partner for putting me through the worst year of my life 2006.
Now separated since Feb 2006 never to be reconciled.
