Do you don't know how to ask a question?
Well, if you are an Indian then you should know whether Indians use toilet paper or not. I myself think they do. Why not go to a public washroom and look?

I know that in many parts of India people still do not use toilet paper. They also do not use eating utensils in many parts of India. It is a custom there to eat their food using only one hand (I've forgotten if it is the left or right hand). This is because the other hand is used for wiping.
