Where is your home base? You can first go to Bali then headed for Sing-Malaysia-Thai..
Basic itinerary will be:
Bali: at least 3 days
You can arrange to go to:
1. Tanah Lot (seaside temple), Kintamani (full day tour)
2. Cruise around Nusa Lembongan (full day tour)
3. Seafood and visit the art market or Kuta Beach
optional: Tampak Siring and Pasar Sukawati (for traditional souvenirs)

Singapore: around 3 days
1. Sentosa Island (full day tour)
2. Orchard Road and surroundings
3. Night Safari or Singapore Jurong Bird Park

Malaysia: around 4 days
1.Kuala Lumpur: Petronas, Bukit Bintang, shopping (2days)
2. Genting Highland (full day tour)
3. you have option to stay in KL or move to other city such as Penang and spend the other 2 days there before heading to Thailand

Thailand: the remaining days (around 5 days)
1. you can head first to Phuket and spend around 2 days there
2. head to Bangkok and have a full day tour of the city including the palaces and floating market
3. if you have time you can go to Pattaya, it is not very far from Bangkok. At least one day there.

It is just my rough itinerary. I hope this helped!

Fly to Singapore first, then fly to Bali (Jetstar Asia) from Singapore. After Bali fly to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Air Asia) then on to Bangkok, Thailand (luftshansa or Maysia Airlines). Fly home from Bangkok.

Figure on staying 3 to 4 days at each destination.

Go to Singapore first, then Bali then back to Singapore.
After that, travel to Malaysia and then Thailand before heading home.
