My daughters nano i-pod has frozen, It has a full battery, but does not respond then touching the menu wheel or connect to the computer. The screen is still lit up but is not playing, any ideas before i take it back to the shop, she doesn't really want to loose all the tunes on it

mum i plugged it back into my computer after a few hours and now its working fine:) soo i would suggest to your daughter to do the same thing, leave it for a few hours or wait intill its turned off.

Press the middle button and the play/pause(bottom) button and hold them down for a few seconds and it should work. Let it sit for a few minutes or hours. Hope it helps!

Hold down the power button for 15 seconds and it should reset.

The iPod are proprietary, meaning they dont work with anything but themselves. Get yourself a Sansa!

Theres directions that came with the ipod that tells you what to do when it freezes. I think its what Lauren said but I'm not sure.

Give it at least 24 hours at room temperature, do not warm it faster!

ooo i got this problem with my creative zen and when i came back to the sore they said that i have to upgrade my player and i upgraded it and it works very well now
