right basically one of my customers just walked in and said theres someone asleep in the phone box. sure enough there was, she clearly not well buit far too smacked out to aproach. should i poke her with a stick before i call the cops?

Just call the cops and stay out of the way. They keep the peace. If you assault her she might get the idea to do something back to you.

If she is clearly not well as you state call an ambulance - as for scag-head what on earth is that? obviously a very unpleasant term for drug user??

Just cal the police or let her be. You may want to at least make sure she is alive first tho.
Ok update to your update---Leave her be..if it is hurting your business then call the police they will come and remove her.
