There is no cure for the common cold. It doesn't matter if you are pregnant or not. You just have to let it ride its course.

Lots of rest and vitamin C. I know it's hard. Been there done that and in the winter time. There isn't much you can take. Make sure you always take care of yourself and bundle up real well when you go outside. I was always too paranoid to take medications because I was afraid it was going to hurt the baby. You also might want to drink some decaffeinated tea (caffeine will make the baby excited) and get under the covers and sweat it out. Good luck and I hope you feel better.

Well make yourself a hot honey and lemon drink and put your legs up try and relax cause we dont want anything to happen to the baby. Go for a walk by yourself somewhere peaceful the waterfall or the park and find a nice place sit down and breath in and out slowly. Just remember too that stress is not good for the baby, take care.

There is no cure for sure. Especially, as you are preg., nothing should be tried sideways. No antibiotics should be taken as this will block the flow of fluid to more discomfort.
One can get rid of cold cycle - running nose -sooner by simple things: you inhale steam by sitting in blanket/tent especially thro mouth as well for throat, mild sneezing by scratching the forehead, vepo-rubs.
After this, stabilized nose, cough will descend which can also be controlled by home remedies (tea, ginger, etc.) or mild cough syrup prescribed by the gynecologist.
all the best

well, there is no magical cure for a cold, but there are many remedies you can try that will not harm your baby. Look into herbal teas for the congestion and for immune support, and there are many gentle homeopathic remedies you can try. Take a trip to the healthfood store, there's lots of mommy-safe stuff to choose from to ease your discomfort and speed your healing.

don't take herbal supplements unless you have approval from your doc.
Homemade chicken soup is the best cure! Hot tea with honey. Suck on peppermints. Drink LOTS of water and juice.
