a) The eye toy is like a camera but it's motion sensitive meaning it can follow your movement and then show it on screen to play a game, there are loads of games to choose from.

c) The room you are in needs to be well lit, it only works with playstation 2 and it connects via the USB lead in the back of the console. You have to stand 1.5 metres away from it approx. You tilt the camera to get the height right and to get the focus you twist the dial on it's front.

Is it not an iToy?
An iToy is like a Nientendo Wii, only made by Apple I think.
It is a wireless games console, most famous for it's dance mat.
I think it was invented in 2005.
You need to consider how sensitive the iToy is when you move, and whether or not it is compatible with your TV.

you can only play 1-8 players and you have to have a memory card for a playstation 2 and you need to have an eye toy USB camera
