This question is awesome! Love means different things to different people. I would say you know your in love and in a healthy relationship when YOU BOTH have something to offer eachother and your love continues to grow. Usually, 6 months to a year shows a persons true colors and you will know then.

Do you get butterflies right befor you get off work because you know that you're going to see that special sumone when you get off?
Does hearing their name bring a smile to your face?
The sound of their voice make all your troubles seem to melt away?
The feel of being in their arms make you so happy you could cry?

I knew i was in love when my boyfriend was there for me during a crisis. Just having him in the room with me was comforting. Now, when he walks into the room I light up. My heart still flutters a bit when he calls me at night. I can be my true self with him. I love him!
