Take it one step at a times. It is nothing but some basic rules that apply to symbols of quantity. It's easier than English. Each discipline is developed around it's own set of rules, but the all use the basic. Learn the basic rules, and add more complex rules as need or desire requires as you subtract anxiety and multiply pleasure, but it all starts with practice practice practice, which comes from dividing yourself from one TV show a night.

What't the question sweetie? You just want to get over your fear of math? Well, math can be fun, think of the problems as number games. I was bad at math too when I was in school. Now, I am a teacher and teach math every day. We have to have some fears in life, and the fear of math is pretty common in kids.
