How do i find an employer to sponsor me for a job in the US?

Im from the Philippines. I tried applying from a local agency here but the fees are so expensive. Somebody advised to try looking for an employer on my own so i don't have to spend so much for a job. But i don't know where to find one. I don't have that much connections. Please help....

You could search for jobs in the US on some of the major job websites like Hotjobs,Monster, Dice,Careerbuilder and post your resume on these job boards. You could also search for jobs and post your resume on Craigslist. You could also search for jobs on websites like Simply Hired and Indeed.
