Um, do you mean why does the US have far more German Jews than any other Jews; or do you mean why does the US have far more German Jews than any other country?
Who has counted how many there are anyway? Their ethnicity should not matter as they are still human beings, regardless.

Many of the German Jews emigrated from Germany in the 30s after the Nazis came to power there, and many of them went to the US.
