Time and space ( read length) are always measured as that between two events or points / position and is never an absolute value.

Imagine a loop of rope with infinite diameter. If you mark a reference point, then you can measure.

We have got so used to it, that we normally forget that time or length is the difference in position on a scale of time / length - but, start to think of them as absolute.

Hence, time and space are never born and never dead.

Time is an attribute that has meaning for human beings - we utilize it many ways and therefore like to understand its begining and if it may have an end. Where did it all began no one knows - why is it important to know where and when it all began? What would it change ?

Its impact on us is only applicable with our existence. If mankind is no more how does it matter if there is an end of time or no.

Even today time has different connotaions to different people - e.g.

for some people time does not matter
some have too little of it and some have lots of it
for some time is running too fast and for some it is running too slow and its taking too long and yet time is moving along at the same steady pace day after day.

An indeed a healthy question! Well, the question is as good as asking water of its shape. Does water have a shape? Obviously everybody knows the answer to this question, isn't it? And, so is the case with the time. To begin with, time is an abstract notion that is sensed by everyone but hardly seen. Ofourse, we do have the clocks, but they rest as a medium of instruction between the actual time that is flying and us.Just like 'Learning is a continuous process', Time is also an incessant, rather invisibly working criterion that reminds us of our responsibilities, duties, planning and any work in general. However, philosophically speaking, time does have a beginning. The moment when we are born, marks the beginning of time, and time thus rests to be a subjective notion too.
So, according to me, this is what 'Time' pertains to.

it's very difficult to answer.
it depends on the way universe began(?). if the universe was just to BE then there can't be any beginning for time. if there is a cycle like mechanism for universe i.e. it will expand, contract, again expand and so on then also time won't have any beginning or end.
in any other case the time will have a beginning.

As far as we can tell, time started with the Universe.
But maybe the right answer should be: time is just a human perception, or even a perception of brains developed enough to recognize the events repetition patterns.

in general, time doesnt exist. its a product we have invented to better organize life.
however, to us, time does have a beginning... it started 14 bill. years ago, when the Big Bang occured. when we look out into space, we can go as far as 10 light years to 200,000... but the farthest we could look out into is 14bill. light years, only because there was nothing before that.
so in this case, time had a beginning.... it MIGHT mean that there is a stop to time, but thats a whole diff question lol

Yes it does; spacetime is a property of the Universe and it came into existence after the Big Bang. This is pretty brain-twisting; what does it mean that an event happened "before time"? However, this is an example of how it is a logical fallacy to use the lessons of our ordinary world to explore extreme physical situations -- it just doesn't work.

The concept of time is an abstract human concept to measure the passing of events one to another.

that is a very intelligent question.it is still not proved that time has a beginning.my personal opinion-time never had a beginning.coz god cannot grow old with white hair if he was born before the universe to create it.
