If everything is slow, there could be something wrong with the software in your phone. Try doing a factory reset through the menus and if that still doesn't help, I'd suggest going to your nearest Cingular/T-Mobile or whatever your carrier is and have them update the firmware or reflash it. If anything, they should be able to tell you if the speed of your phone is abnormal or not. I believe these phones are just as fast as any other modern phone but speed is relative! Take it in and let them look at it. That's what they're there for. Customer service shouldn't end after they've collected your money for the phone ;-)
