Absolutely. They have served their relegation for a season which was sanctioned to them, now that they dominated serie B then, they deserve to be back on the top flight. If you plan to prevent them from entering the Serie A then, you will be the one on the wrong side because that's double jeopardy on the side of Juve.

Yes. It gives a good indication of the lack of any sort of honour in the Italian FA that they will be completely re-habilitated in another few months, despite being a bunch of match-fixing CHEATS and that being proved to everyone in the world.

Like most people have said, they paid their penalty, and although i don't think they'll be as competitive next year as they used to be, they'll be one of the top-mid table teams, possibly fighting for a champion's league or UEFA Cup spot
