Always abide by the rules, be friendly to the top bosses. Produce results they want. Mingle with them. You need to understand them and the position they protect.

Do your work sincerely. See to it that there are no errors from ur side.Refuse the work that is not in your list. Be sincere.
If ur boss is a tough nut to craCK then diplomatically present his errors in the presence of others.
what is not possible, is not possible, is to be shown to this boss.
Everybody is error prone no matter WHO!
