The current photographed discovery of a “living fossil”, the prehistoric frilled shark at Japan’s Awashima Marine Park on Sunday, January 21, 2007, a distant “prehistoric” cousin of the modern shark family completely disrupts the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model, yet this fact is entirely overlooked and ignored.

The Evolutionists and their pseudoscience put the prehistoric fish, the Coelacanth, in the Geological Column between 408-362 million years ago based on the “Fossil Record”, yet numerous Coelacanth have been discovered since the 1930’s in different locations in throughout the world. Again, the erosion of the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model continues without a single syllable uttered of the critical fact; its lack of credibility is ignored.

Again, in a remote part of the world, the Congo, there exists another “living fossil” of which the Pygmies inhabiting the Likouala swamp lands in the Congo claim to have seen, a mysterious animal which they call in their native tongue mokele mbembe. Eyewitness accounts describe a huge, timid beast that spends a great deal of time in the water. It is said to be the size of an elephant, with four thick sturdy legs, a slender 3 meters (9.8 feet) long tail, and a roughly 1.8 meters ( 5.9 feet ) long neck with a small head. On land, the beast leaves a distinctive three-toed footprint, a characteristic of certain types of sauropod dinosaurs, but unlike the tracks of any contemporary animal species. When shown pictures of living and extinct creatures, the pygmies pick sauropods (such as the pictured Apatosaurus, once known as Brontosaurus) as the closest match to mokele-mbembe.

Throughout history have been many eyewitness accounts of the sighting of Pterodactyls and other pterosaurs. I personally have heard a riveting first hand account of such a sighting from a young lady living in the Great Northwest of the U.S. This was an individual of keen observational skills who was out on an evening stroll on a hiking ridge when she noticed a man on an adjacent trail walking with a flashlight illuminating his trail. She was about 500 yards away on an adjacent ridge in the heavily wooded forest of pine trees. From her vantage point she saw a huge silhouette of a bat-winged figure unfurled itself from the interior branches of one of the tall pines, and in complete bewilderment she saw the winged creature, a Pterodactyl, swoop up and then swirl downward to the unsuspecting male hiker. She quickly and accurately surmised that it was a nocturnal creature with “night vision” capabilities. (Modern paleontologists have always erroneously portrayed pterosaurs as “daytime” creatures, usually in fantasy scenes hovering around erupting volcanoes). According to the young lady, the Pterodactyl pounced upon the man from behind and fluttered its huge wings around him in a playfully mischievous manner. The horrified man waved is arms violently against the dark creature of the night, dropped his flashlight and ran away. Again, these accounts of “living fossils” are ignored from the angle of the detriment they obviously cause to the integrity of the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model.

It is quite clear to the rational mind of “True Science” that instead of “evolution” there was the simultaneous creation of the contemporaneous genetic species pool of life via a “spontaneous polybiological explosion” of life in unison (Spontaneous Polybiological Mass Profusionism) via a “Geo-Crucible Effect”. It is this entire collection of life that was whittled away in piecemeal from extinction level episodes precipitated by periodic trans-terrestrial cosmo-cataclysmic agents, e.g. mass celestial bombardment. Each extinction level event entombed large percentages of the original species pool of life into “sudden” hydraulic stratification forming the layers of the Geological Column via the settlement of sediment material of various viscosity densities and weights suspended in the hydraulic medium. The entombed species became “fossilized” due to the wet hydraulic medium. Hence, Evolutionists, paleontologists, anthropologists, etc. have completely misinterpreted the Geological Column, and thus the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model is severe misinterpretation of the data and radical misconjecture.

Epidavros... evolutionists have cited that these species I mentioned above are "extinct" and have "categorized" them in the Geologic Column as having lived 100's of millions of years ago... yet they are ALIVE TODAY. This means "evolution" is faulty.

Jim... furthermore, "evolution" is not a "FACT" it is "CONJECTURE", which is to say that it is "A GREAT BIG GUESS"... and a completely "WRONG GUESS", at that.

Bily7001... to be accurate, this is the first time I have ever addressed this particular specie issue... besides, how could I have posted it "before" since it concerns a current event news item from today's (1/26/07, Friday's) Yahoo News?

If you cannot constructively and intelligently debate a counter position to your evolutionary stand, then take my advice and don't, because your preference for vitriolic ranting and twaddling will only discredit your position and make you look foolish and ignorant in the eyes of all the readers.

Daniel W... Contrary to your skewed definition of "Evolution": "Evolution does not mean that all animals die out or are replaced by 'new updated' animals...." the Evoultionists' own literature states, "In the life sciences, evolution is a change in the traits of living organisms over generations, including the EMERGENCE OF NEW SPECIES. Since the development of modern genetics in the 1940s, evolution has been defined more specifically as a change in the frequency of alleles in a population from one generation to the next."

KELLY C, LOL!!! I'm so amused by your ignorance and skewed thinking! How typical your refusal to NOT present a single FACT to support your Evoultionary position, a complete cop-out; Evolutionists like you always resort to cheap riducule of "diametric antipodal conjecture", because your "circular reasoning" is an irrational mechanism that can no longer endure in the debate, and the informed who question your bogus spoon-fed position without independent question are swiftly catching on to your hollow strategy. You and the mindless masses that follow Evolution would jump off a cliff without questioning it, simply because you were told to do so. It's apparent to us "New Free Thinkers" that antiquated "Evolutionary Theory" is running out of steam and needs to be retired and dumped into the tar pits of other extinct and ludicrous notions, like its companion, the "Flat Earth Theory".

Very interesting article and spot on!! Good question, and I find it disturbing that the scientific community feels the need to hide this information in order to satisify the liberals.

LOL you are really misinformed... I feel sorry for you, really I do. What it must be like to live in a world of ignorant bliss... shaping the facts to fit your skewed perceptions and disregarding eveything else to the contrary. There is a term for that you know... "Tunnel Vision"

Tunnel vision is a metaphor for narrowmindedness, particularly in describing those who pursue an investigation with their conclusion already decided and proceed by only accepting evidence that supports their conclusion and excluding any evidence that contradicts their assumptions.

In any case I am not going to waste my time putting up a good debate with all sorts of facts because I know you have already come to your conclusion and will likely ignore or dismiss any evidence I give you... all I will say is that you dont understand evolutionary theory if you think that it proposes all species change all the time... isolated ecosystems with little to no change in them do not create the pressures necessary for evolutionary adaptation, in the case of the deep ocean it has not changed in millennia so how could the creatures in the depths be prompted to adapt when their habitat has not changed?? Nothing changes unless or until the circumstances surrounding them do.. Example, Polar bears would still be brown if there was no snow where they lived... do you see now? There very well could be a Mokele-Mbembe living in the jungles of the Congo which have changed very little in hundreds of years, but that doesnt discount evolution at all.

PS Its funny that you believe Pterodactyls are still around with no evidence at all and in the meantime you are criticising the very science that revealed its existence to the world through the fossil record..

Isn't it interesting that because observations don't fit the model then it is process for developing the model that is wrong rather than the the model needing an 'update'.
Sure, uniformitarianism has a "glitch" ... you have to accept that what happens now is the way it happened before; or if you haven't seen it happen that way 'now', then you can't say it ever did happen that way.
But the world does look a certain way, and it was created to look that way - we need not argue the 'how' of that creation. All we are arguing is the when of it. For when it was created, it was created with a past, complete. Are my memories a part of that creation? Are yours? Does a single book handed down for generations contain the whole history of itself? Or are the beginnings glossed over and abbreviated? My memories are; I don't remember more than one or two things from my first couple of years. Maybe I was created, along with my memories, to be here, now, just a short time ago. Or was that my grandfathers' creation?
From within such a creation, created with a given past; I can't know, no one can. So maybe the Creation of which there is so much argument happened a few minutes ago and we were all created together with our memories, histories and libraries, fossils and geologic strata, mountains and minutiae. The world still appears as it does and we need to make some sense of it, or make some nonsense of it.

Evolution does not mean that all animals die out or are replaced by "new updated" animals. Plenty of animals date back to prehistoric times: Most sharks, alligators, crocodiles, turtles to name but a few, if there is no need for them to mutate then mutations won't breed true.

You obviously don't understand evolution. Finding species that are "living fossils" does NOT run counter to evolution. Go read a book.

No, it does not.

You are entirely wrong, and also relatively ignorant of evolutionary science.

Evolution leads to diversity, and causes species to branch - it is not a linear replacement of one species with another.

Creationism, on the other hand, is delusional idiocy.

There is NO evidence that counters evolutionary FACT. Only people like you that insist on twisting the facts and spinning your own biased, narrow minded, miss guided lies to people.

I thought this forum was for answers and questions. Not a place for________to spread their lies.

I believe your observation strongly supports the view that evolutionism is a religion. An "interpretation" of facts that no facts can disprove! Dr. Baugh pointed out that it is well accepted that the magnetic field of the earth is decreasing by 1/2 every 1500 years. If you accept uniformitarianism ( a basic tenet of evolutionism) and project this rate back 9000 years, the field would have been so strong that life was impossible.!!!! But evolutionism (the religion) goes blissfully on.
