Astrology is a science which is a combination of astronomy and mathematics. As per the ancient vedic astology, the radiations that had been emitted by different planets, the placement of the planets time of birth of an individual plays an important role in the life of that individual. Scientists consider astrology as a humbug because they aren't able to presently understand it's singificance. Kalsarpa yoga is a yoga formed when all the planets are hemmed in between rahu and ketu, counting from rahu anti- clock wise in the north indian chart. It is considered a dosha till the age of 33 years for male and 28 years for female which bring obstacles and delay in various auspicious matters. After 33 /28 years it becomes a yoga and the individual is conferred with all that he had been desperately trying years. One of the remedies for kalsarpa dosha is to visit Kalahasti on a tuesday or saturday, without stooping enroute anywhere and performing the kalsarpa dosha puja over there and returning back home and not going out any where that night. Magalik dosha happens when mars is in the 1, 4, 7, 8, and 12 th house as per the lagna chart as well as the moon chart. It is not auspicious concerend as far as marriage is concerned. The best go is to marry someone who is also a mangalik. There have been an ancient ritual in which the persons who are supposed to marry first marry two banyan trees wherein the dosha present in them gets transferred to the banyan trees and they are relieved from the dosha. 'Mrityunjaya yagya' is also performed for this dosha
