You must access your router and set a SECURITY profile within.
WEP code 128 bits should be enough.
(Do not forget do write your hexadecimal code before close it).

You could either encrypt it with a password, or use Media Access Control (which is where only specified wireless adaptors can connect to the network), or better still, both!

You need to encrypt your router and calibrate your reciever to work in conjunction with it.
