No, but your employeer must (by law) send your w-2 by 1/31/07

Yes, but it depends on who your employer is, my husband works for Countrywide and he downloaded his off their employee website, i think that I can from mine, USPS, but I have already got it in the mail (we ARE good). You can also import some (not all) into TurboTax. Good Luck, hope you get a big refund.

Use your last pay stub to figure taxes. Then wait for your w2 before filing.
